Gender-neutral. Two single-occupant gender neutral, accessible bathrooms in SSA waiting room on 9th floor. . Building had security on ground floor that requires you to remove coats, belts, bags etc and go through x-ray machine. No identity documents checked or anything.

Gender-neutral. There are two single restrooms that are gender neutral. Sometimes there are gender signs up to reduce confusion with the tourists who would otherwise try relieving themselves in a closet, but no one cares which restroom is used and often they are used interchangeably.
