There's a unisex/family restroom across from theater 5 and the gendered restrooms.. you'll need to be a paying customer, although there's an exit nearby enough that you might be able to get in without paying while people are coming out. I wouldn't recommend it, though.

You do have to walk past the women's restroom entrance to get to it, but it's five feet in from the entrance, and it has both gender symbols on it.

Single stall restrooms can be found around the corner from the larger public restrooms. From the larger restroom location, pass through the tented area, and find the single stall restrooms on the left before entering into the gardens.. All restrooms at the museum are for paying guests only.

The bathrooms are around the corner in between the inside bar & outside patio area. You have to be 21 to enter the bar and present ID. After gaining access into the bar, you can use the bathrooms.
