Definitely single stall on second floor, elevator or stairs

All restrooms are single stall, private, with locked door and sink. On the right of the kitchen bar at the back of the restaurant.. Need to be customer. Can walk in to main bar and buy a soda, then excuse oneself to the restroom and not return easily. Or just walk in and out during a busy time.

For paying customers

Gender-neutral. There's one unisex single bathroom on every floor except the first floor. To the right when you exit the elevators. . You need a UArts student, faculty, or alumni ID to enter the building. You may be able to sign in if you're not from the school, but it depends on the guard.

Back on the left. . Owners dont care which bathroom you use and have told me (femme) to use whichever was available when one was not.

Stahl Hall, by the elevators. You need to check in with security at the front desk. Stahl hall is where the administrative offices are.

Gender-neutral. At entrance E there is a single stall family bathroom that is accessible on the first floor near the gendered bathrooms. . Show space is generally open, you do not need a ticket to enter this area.

Gender-neutral. Go up the escalator/stairs to your left when you come in the door and then turn right at the top and the restroom is right there. For elevator, follow hall around to the left. When you get to second floor, turn right and head down hall a short way. . They technically expect you to be attending an event there, but no one really pays attention.
